Why We Built This Site
Public access in Texas still requires the right custodian. The District Clerk handles records tied to the 105th District Court, while the County Clerk directs county criminal and probate searches. Four Justice Courts maintain precinct matters, and Kingsville Municipal Court keeps its city citation docket. The site brings those official paths together without suggesting that re:SearchTX or any other system contains every Kleberg County trial record.
What You Will Find Here
- Record requests: ways to obtain court records and certified copies from the proper clerk
- Case lookups: how to run a case lookup with a party name, cause number, or citation number
- Docket references: how Kleberg County criminal and civil docket paths differ
- Settings: how to check court dates and confirm a scheduled event with its clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site, not part of a Texas court, clerk, or government agency. Its role has firm limits:
- We cannot issue official or certified docket records
- We cannot alter, seal, or remove a case entry
- We cannot reset or confirm a hearing for the court
- We cannot give advice about a specific legal matter
- We cannot promise that a fee, setting, or contact has not changed
- We cannot retrieve a case file on a visitor's behalf
An official or certified record must come from the clerk or court that maintains the original Kleberg County file.
Search Partners
Third-party providers operate search boxes shown on some pages. They control their services, results, and prices. A paid signup reached through a partner may produce a referral fee that supports free access to this resource. We do not set partner fees or determine what their searches return.
